I’ve had my Ricoh printer for about a year, and it’s been reliable, but lately, the prints are coming out with faint streaks on one side. I cleaned the outside and shook the toner, but it didn’t make much difference. I know there are settings and steps in the manual for cleaning inside parts, but I’ve never done it myself and don’t want to mess anything up. Has anyone tried simple fixes for this before calling in service?
