Hey everyone, I’ve been feeling kind of isolated lately, especially since moving to a new city. I’ve been thinking about trying AI companions to help practice social interactions and maybe even explore some romantic conversations. Has anyone used something like that for loneliness or just to get better at talking to people without feeling judged? I’m curious if it actually feels natural or just kind of awkward.

I’ve noticed that having little daily routines, like taking walks or joining casual hobby groups, can really change your mood and energy. Even small things like greeting neighbors or chatting with a barista consistently can make life feel more connected and less monotonous. Sometimes just being around familiar faces regularly has a bigger effect than you’d expect, even if it’s not about deep conversations.
