I’ve tried a bunch of habit apps over the past couple of years, but I always end up dropping them after a while. I saw someone mention Liven in another thread, and now I’m curious — is it just another habit tracker, or does it have something unique compared to the usual ones? If you’re wondering what is liven, it’s basically a habit and goal-tracking app, but with a softer approach. Instead of overwhelming you with stats, it focuses on small, daily steps and gentle reminders. I’ve found it less stressful than some of the more “data-heavy” apps out there, and because it’s simple, I’ve actually stuck with it for a few months now.
